Reggae band looking for lead vocalist and bax

My name is Vladimir, I am 48 years old, Russian. I speak basic English. I am an amateur reggae musician, but with a lot of experience in various bands as a musician and leader. I have been living in Almere since May 2022.
I am starting a reggae band.
Genre: roots reggae, contemporary reggae.
Purpose: performances in clubs and festivals.
Status: non-commercial (paid performances are good, unpaid performances are also good ;-)
Looking for: vocalist and back vocalists(fem)
Requirements for musicians: good command of a musical instrument, love for reggae. Experience in reggae bands preferred.
Material: author, Bob Marley hits, Burning Spear, Israel Vibration etc.
