English drummer looking for kindred spirits (Utrecht)

Experienced drummer with a deep love for odd time signatures, improvisation, and heavy grooves looking to join or form a band..
I'm originally from the UK, but moved to NL in the 90s and work mostly in Germany, played in a croatian band, so I'm multi lingual.. always looking for new experiences.

From complex polyrhythms and tight jazz funk fusion chops to deep pockets and atmospheric vibes, I bring versatility, creativity, and a strong sense of dynamics to every session. Love latin music, hiphop, and anything interesting. I don't like playing covers, unless they are reinterpreted and interesting. I'm also fairly experienced at producing my own EDM tracks.

What I’m Looking For:
Musicians or bands with open ears and adventurous minds.
A focus on original material or reimagined covers
Willingness to blend genres and experiment sonically
Rehearsal commitment at weekends ideally with recording aspirations

Gear: Pro-level acoustic and electronic kits, full mic setup, FX for dub work, and a small home recording rig.
