Machinemens looking for drummer (Eindhoven)

Hey guys.

Machinemens is a death metal band from Noord-Brabant and we are looking for a drummer.

The band's sound: Machinemens sound has death metal influences, like (old-school) Sepultura, Gojira, and Death, but we all have our baseline somewhere else, like thrash and progressive metal (that's me, rhythm guitar player and singer), black and neo-classic metal (the lead guitar player), and more modern metal (the bass player). The members: we are three guys in our late 20s/early 30s with different abilities. I can play tight as fuck, the lead guitar is a solo-wizard, and the bass player is a semi-professional producer. We are experienced players (~20 years playing) and we have this band as our main musical act, while we work on different things -- academia, engineering, retail. The bass player and I live in the Netherlands, and the lead guitar player lives in London.

Who we are looking for: we want a drummer that can keep up with us. You will need to rehearse, play live, and record. We don't give the task of composing to the drummer straight away. You're free to adapt the drums we compose to your own style. Most important of all, we need you to learn your parts before the rehearsal :)

We usually don't need to rehearse that much. 2-3 rehearsals and we should be ready for a gig. In the beginning, however, we might rehearse a bit more so you can develop some synergy with us.
