Guitarist seeks experienced singer (male or female) (Alkmaar)

Seeking mature, experienced singer (male or female), who understands improvisation and creativity, and has the intuitive knowledge and confidence to contribute their own personality to building each song upon a structure of melody and harmony. Guitarist with over 50 years’ experience in all genres (rock, blues, jazz, etc) and has played in all formats (solo, duo, trio, bands, big bands etc) wishes to find fellow musicians whose voice is their primary instrument of expression. Not primarily interested in copying covers as others have done them, but interested in interpreting good music together (not restricted by genre), and placing our own signature upon them. Whether this remains as a duo or becomes a larger group of unified musicians (band) will be up to the members at the time. I know a bass player who is interested in joining me, but I do not consider myself as a good singer. If musical creativity drives you more than fame or fortune, please give us a call. Playing gigs is not something you choose up front, but if the music you create as a team is appreciated by an audience, then gigging (playing live) becomes a natural part of playing together.
