Guitarist into 60s/90s rock looking to join or start a band (Amsterdam)

Hi there,

I’m a 32-year-old guitarist mainly into 60s and 90s rock, with influences like The Beatles, Neil Young, Velvet Underground, Pavement, Weezer, Pixies, Teenage Fanclub, The Smiths, and Wilco.

I’m looking for people to play with, either by joining an existing band or starting something new. I think it makes sense to begin with some covers, but I’d definitely be up for writing original songs together later on.

I mostly play rhythm guitar but can switch to lead when needed, and I sing as well (though I wouldn’t call myself a great singer). The main thing for me is to make music with people who share similar taste and just enjoy playing together without too much pressure.
