I started as a streetdrummer in the ’80 in Amsterdam. I played there for many years with different great Bluesmusicians like Dr Harmonica, Spellbound Bluesband, Down Jones Bluesband, Rob Hoeke, Mike Askin and many others

After a musical break I found a second life as a drummer. Inspired by great musicians worldwide, I decided in may 2021 to pick up my great love for drums and bought a second hand Yamaha drumkit. As an experienced live and studiodrummer I was surprised about all the technical and digital possibilities nowadays. After a view months I rebuilt my acoustic Yamaha kit to a hybrid kit, which results in a great drumsound, better than I ever experienced before.
