Hello, I'm looking for a place where I can make music and produce, with a monthly rent and that is accessible 24/7. Utrecht, Leidsche Rijn and terwijde area would be amazing. I have my own gear, monitors, laptop, midi controller, so I can use my own stuff but also open to let my stuff being used from other tenants
